This Privacy Policy explains how MANDARINOS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202644063W), a company incorporated in Singapore, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use www.mandarinos.sg/en/ and the related courses and services (the "Services").

We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Policy.

2. What personal data we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly:

• your email address, when you register an account, enrol in a course, subscribe to a plan or contact us;
• your name and any other details you choose to provide in your account profile or in communications with us;
• your payment information, which is provided directly to our payment processor (see section 4).

2.2 Information collected automatically:

• cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 7;
• technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and time spent, collected through our hosting and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect more personal data than is reasonably necessary for the purposes described below.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. When you pay, your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are processed under Stripe's own privacy and security standards. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as a payment confirmation, a transaction reference and, if you choose, a saved payment method token, in order to manage your subscription.

5. Disclosure of personal data

We may disclose your personal data to:

• service providers who help us operate the Services, including our payment processor (Stripe), website and hosting platform, email delivery provider and analytics providers, each of which is bound to use personal data only for the purposes we specify;
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by law or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others;
• a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it.
