MandarinOS is a Singapore-based Mandarin teaching practice built on one idea: Mandarin should be understandable, enjoyable and relevant. We teach HSK 1–6 to learners from around the world — helping them move beyond memorisation towards genuine understanding.
The name MandarinOS comes from a concept we share with every learner: English and Chinese are not simply different languages — they are different operating systems. Just as Windows and macOS solve similar problems with different logic, Mandarin and English organise ideas, grammar and communication in fundamentally different ways. Rather than translating word-for-word, we help learners understand the logic behind the language so they can think and express themselves naturally in Chinese.
